This dashboard allows humanitarian and peace researchers to analyze night-time light (NTL) imagery collected from two instruments, NASA's Black Marble and the Chinese LuoJia-01 satellite. NTL is broadly applicable for analyzing and predicting economic activity in remote regions where access is otherwise restricted.

• Fully custom analysis and comparison dashboard written in NextJS/React for the visual part
• Visualizations using Leaflet + OpenStreetMap for cartography, and Plotly for statistics
• Backend and data processing implemented in FastAPI, handling the vast amounts of raw sensor data required for the analysis
• Containerized in a simple locally runnable executable with Docker and Docker Compose
